由中华商标协会和南昌市人民政府共同主办的第十二届中国国际商标品牌节,将于今年12月4日至7日在江西省南昌市举办。

The 12th China international trademark brand Festival, CO sponsored by China Trademark Association and Nanchang Municipal People's government, will be held in Nanchang City, Jiangxi Province from December 4 to 7 this year.

 

中国国际商标品牌节自2005年以来,已连续在深圳、长沙、银川等地成功举办了十一届。经过16年的精心打造,商标品牌节已成为知识产权领域的年度国际盛会,近几年每届均有4000余名代表参会参展,与会外宾涵盖30多个国家和地区,受到国内外政府部门、国际组织、企业家及商标界人士的广泛关注,在促进知识产权创造、保护、运用水平提升,推动中国产品向中国品牌转变方面发挥着日益显著的作用。

After 16 years of painstaking efforts, the trademark brand Festival has become an annual international event in the field of intellectual property. In recent years, more than 4000 representatives participated in the festival. Foreign guests from more than 30 countries and regions participated in the festival. It has been widely concerned by government departments at home and abroad, international organizations, entrepreneurs and trademark circles and playing an increasingly significant role in promoting the creation, protection and application of intellectual property rights and the transformation of Chinese products to Chinese brands.

 

据了解,2020年上半年,随着我国疫情防控形势不断向好,复工复产、复商复市有序推进,国家宏观政策效应持续显现,全国日均新设企业2万户,我国经济稳步复苏态势明显,国内商标申请活动也随之恢复并活跃。上半年,我国商标申请量为428.4万件,同比增长24.61%;核准使用地理标志产品专用标志企业322家,核准注册地理标志商标364件。截至2020年6月底,我国有效注册商标量已达2741.4万件,连续多年居世界首位。

In the first half of the year, the number of trademark applications in China was 4.284 million, an increase of 24.61% over the same period last year; 322 enterprises were approved to use special marks for geographical indication products, and 364 trademarks were registered. By the end of June 2020, the number of effective registered trademarks in China has reached 27.414 million, ranking first in the world for many consecutive years.

据中华商标协会会长马夫介绍,今年商标品牌节的主题为纵论商标经纬 共筑品牌未来”,旨在围绕国家知识产权战略、商标品牌战略实施,搭建政府部门、社会组织、企业界、学术界跨界沟通交流的平台,共话商标发展现状,共品品牌发展成果,共解商标热点难题,共商品牌发展未来。

  据马夫会长介绍,本届商标品牌节在保持原有的专业性、知识性、示范性、互动性、国际性特点的基础上,将突出以下亮点:一是中国商标年会主论坛响应中央号召、紧扣国际形势变化,以“商标链接世界 品牌助力内需”为主题,旨在以商标品牌为纽带和抓手,推动知识产权领域恢复和加强全球化交流合作,通过推动商标品牌战略深入实施助力扩大内需;二是年会分论坛聚焦后疫情时代的品牌经济发展,关注新冠疫情对商标注册、品牌运营的影响,探索新格局下品牌崛起之路;新设中国上市公司品牌价值成长论坛,依托中国商标品牌研究院每年发布的《沪深上市公司商标品牌价值排行榜》,邀请国内知名上市公司负责人及行业专家,探讨企业商标品牌管理体系建设,聚焦企业商标品牌价值成长;四是中华品牌商标博览会特别设立湖北、武汉品牌展区,减免参展费用,回馈受疫情影响的湖北企业,宣传湖北特色产品,助力英雄城市经济恢复。
